Short version: you can read every guide and use every calculator without giving us any personal information. The calculators run in your browser and send nothing to us.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

  • Technical logs. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. This is necessary to run the site (legitimate interest).
  • Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Emails you send us. If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when they're no longer needed, at the latest two years after the conversation ends.
  • Calculators. Everything you type into a calculator stays on your device. Nothing is stored or sent.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't create accounts or newsletters at the moment.

Cookies

The site shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads, and, where allowed, to personalize them. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first through a consent message, and can change their choice at any time from the link at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to its use, or take it with you. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority. Residents of US states with privacy laws can use the same address to exercise the rights those laws give them.

Service providers

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and protects the site, and Google provides the advertising. These providers may process data outside your country under the safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
